PROCESSING TIME
As most items are made to order, please allow 2-3 days for production.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Once orders have been processed, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during purchase.  Please expect 4-5 business days for delivery after production for standard shipping.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase - excluding errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.
